How do you prepare the halloumi? I've never used it but I get the impression from lots of posts that it's not like other cheeses and you can do more with it?
It is tasty, kinda has an almost ruberry consistancy though.Does it taste like ordinary grilled cheese?

It does and makes an awful squeak noise when you chew it, I can't stand it but my youngest loves haloumi cheese.

It does taste nice, you should try it at least once.Rubbery and squeaky? I'm definitely having second thoughts! It's on my shopping list but it might not be for long
