I have been just taking my bloods 'any time any place anywhere' ( but timed with meals) and I never wash my hands before. I wash my hands a lot through the day and then always apply hand cream- I love hand cream! Should I get some little wipes ( which wipes) or something similar or doesn't it matter?
Thank you in advance

It is definately essential to make sure your hands are clean before testing otherwise you wont get an accurate result. I use my grandaughters baby wipes if there is nothing else available, just make sure your fingers are dry before you test.

Many handcreams have glycerin in!! Wouldnt that will affected your results???
