You would have thought that after nearly 10 years of monitoring my BG I would have figured this out.
We recently had a new boiler installed. Good. The hitch is that it takes quite sometime for warm water to come out of the hot tap and recently I have been rinsing my hands in cool to tepid water and my FBG have been around 5.2, which is where I like it.
This morning it was 5.1.
I did some exercises, washed my hands and rinsed in pretty warm water and got 6.2 and 6.3.
Went and washed my hands and rinsed in cold water and got 5.3.
This is all very anecdotal.
My question is: how important is water temperature for rinsing hands for influencing BG?
Many thanks for reading this far.
