i went on a drinking spree yesterday -.- no more than i have had before though, and today i have a hangover... No sore head just been sick and feeling sick. Before bed yesterday i had a good bit of food (makes me sick thinking of it) and today i had 2 weetabix which i have vomited up 
... Before my weetabix i was 18.0 (normal after drinking) and after being sick it went to 13, im sitting attempting to eat a pot noodle... Getting there slowly . From 11 it has now went to 12.9. Please please reassure me i will be fine, im all alone today and need the motivation ! Thanks!!!
