i went on a drinking spree yesterday -.- no more than i have had before though, and today i have a hangover... No sore head just been sick and feeling sick. Before bed yesterday i had a good bit of food (makes me sick thinking of it) and today i had 2 weetabix which i have vomited up :(... Before my weetabix i was 18.0 (normal after drinking) and after being sick it went to 13, im sitting attempting to eat a pot noodle... Getting there slowly . From 11 it has now went to 12.9. Please please reassure me i will be fine, im all alone today and need the motivation :(! Thanks!!!

Keep testing throughout the day, maybe on an hourly basis and try to bring your glucose levels down.

I'm assuming you are t1. As long as you observe what is happening regularly and have confirmed you are not suffering with ketones, and are taking an appropriate amount of insulin, you should be okay.

Try not to allow yourself to get to such a high level in future though.

Like I said, test and test again. That's the only indicator you have when dealing with this. 18, even after drinking, is way too high really and if you think you will plummet as a result, you should ask yourself a few questions as to whether you want to run the risk on the high or low side, and what you can do to manage it!

I've been there with the drinking and I know how hard it is to manage the downside risk, but the upside risk while not immediate, is just as bad.
