Happy, three months in and Hba1c was 63 to start with then down to 58 and latest one 55. DN doesn't want to see me till Oct. Nearly 2 st lost and hopefully all going in the right way. Still need to work on bg but I'm hoping this is a good start. Thanks to all the advice on here and LC HF diet x
