So in sept last year my Hba1c was 10.3.... its now 7.7!!!!


Woop woop Happy dance!!!

I may now go buy a new phone

Well done, I know how you feel I have just had the results of my second bold test since my diagnosis in March. Since then I have lost two and a half stone and now feel fabulous.
Cholesterol : 5.4
HbA1C: 43 - in March this was 72
Low carbs works for me, now have to balance cholesterol and higher fat content in my meals but the Dr is well pleased and I am well chuffed.
Keep up that hard work everyone, if I can do it anyone can!
