I wish you and all the forum members a Happy New Year. It's going to be very busy for me.

I have to make sure my left leg works properly (still only 5 weeks post TKR) before my right knee is replaced, hopefully in May. Then I have to get them both working together because my wife is going to a conference in Rio De Janeiro in October and I get to go as baggage, or did she say I was carrying the baggage.

Then in November I'm going to be sailing from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Rodney Bay, St Lucia on a Beneteau First 435 called Four Seasons with a skipper, first mate (his wife, both RYA instructors) and 3 other crew members. A journey taking just a bit less than 3 weeks if the wind behaves.

Then I have to work out what to do next in my continuing effort to grow old disgracefully.
