Harcombe Diet

Has anyone on this forum tried the Harcombe Diet?

No personal experience, but if you look on Amazon you'll find 181 reviews :

Harcombe differs from Atkins in that the author emphasises the need to control cravings. (She is very anti-sugar, and the evidence to support that outlook is abundant.) Cutting out caffeine, sugar, root veg and wheat has done wonders for my body, my mood and my energy levels.

Seems to be some sort of Atkins/low-carb variant. Just not ultra low-carb. Possibly a bit of food combining thrown in.

If it works for you and seems easier to do, go ahead.
