Hard to believe

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I was ranting about the fact that my retina appointment has been moved for the second time. PALS, has passed the complaint on . T1 husband is overdue for getting a follow up, so he rang them today. Guess which appointment slot he's got? And without asking. He didn't like to harrass a young female clerk.
 
I wish it WAS hard to believe. :(

During the time they "forgot" to call mother back for another appoinment she progressed from "not bad enough to treat" to "too bad to be worth treating". Which saved some money, obviously.
