Prediabetes Has anyone read 'CSIRO Low Carb Diet Book' ?

Very interested to read what the CSIRO (top Australian scientific body) have to say. Has anyone read it ? Is a kindle edition available yet ?
 
Looks like its only available in physical form currently..
Personally I would use the free resources here and on dietdoctor.com
Once you cut carbs it becomes second nature.. or at least it has to me after 18 months of this way of eating.
