Have a cold

Hi everyone
Anybody can tell me,
Can I take Ibuprofen ?
my ketone ok, last hour blood sugar was fine and I just took 2 paracetamols an hour ago,
I have a headache,Sore throat, feel cold but my body quite hot >.<
I ve never been ill before since I have got diabetes t1, it is nearly 2 years
