I'm a type 2diabetic and lately I've had ibs type symptoms.I'm trying to eat wholemeal bread and brown rice and pasta to help keep my carbs down but it seems to irritate my bowel.I have random days where I have diarrhoea then back to normal then constipation.feel bloated up and have cramps in bowel.seems the carbs I have irritated but I need them to help keep me less hungry and helps keeps my levels down.can anybody please give me any advice as I'm fed up feeling Ill with it
