I just having 6 chicken breasts today, two eggs and about 100 grama of nuts in order to keep muscles. I kust know that 2 chicken breasts are enough for my weight (65 kg).
And I just know that it is too much for kidney and now a bit worried.
I’ve read that it will cause hyperfiltering. Just check my kidney function and grf is 96, below mean average 99 for age 46. And creatine level 0.95, with ureum 21 mg/dL.
Is that still acceptable or starting to deteriote? With that is low carb high protein is not for me?
