Hello I am new at this, but when I try to open up links on this site they all seem to come up not found like the one about getting access to blood glucose testing strips. I have had Type 2 for over 12 months and do my local health authority (North Devon) according to my doctor does not give access to blood glucose testing equipment. I was fortunate to obtain a free tester from a site on here, but I need access to lancets and strips, tried the link but it did not work any idea how I go about this?

I would sugest you forget about your free meter and buy a an SD CodeFree meter --- any meter given away free will only cost you a lot more in running costs because the strips are much more expensive. The SD CodeFree is cheap no frills meter which is easy to use, the strips are a lot cheaper and it is more accurate than many more expensive meters.
