Hi @cbish8 I just wanted to say 3 things: I have looked at this site: https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/types/arfid#:~:text=Avoidant%20restrictive%20food%20intake%20disorder,overall%20amount%20eaten%2C%20or%20both. I knew a 5 year old Type 1 who from the beginning would only eat tomatoes lettuce and eggs. When her mother took her to the GP, she reckoned that the girl had somehow realised these foods were the only ones that weren't making her feel ill. She was diagnosed at that point. Your problem is very real and as you say annoying. Perhaps you could try the helpline on the above site. I used to be a Type1 outpatient at King's College Hospital, London. The Maudsley is part of King's and is world famous for its work. I hope you succeed. Good luck
