Has anyone else been suffering from severe hay fever? I used to get it when I was younger but haven't had it for years. This is the first time I've had it since being diagnosed Type 1 three years ago. Could there be a connection ?

Yes I have been suffering from hayfever quite severely this year. I take Nasonex and Chlorphenamine Maleate, also known as Allercalm.Hope this helps. But if it is severe any antihistamine will help. As diabetics we can get a free prescription from the GP.
