This is the second test I've had having been told I was pre diabetic last year.
I just rang the surgery , speaking to the receptionist and they said it's 38.
38? 38 what ? She didn't know.
What does 38 mean ?

Congratulations, you are now in "normal" range, not prediabetic. 42 mmol is the prediabetes start point so you are 4 points below.
