In march my hb1ac was 113 it's now down to 55 which i think is 7.2% not sure if worked out right? Gp wondered how I got it so low considering I have not been taking my insulin all the time etc however been trying to cut as much carbs out as I can not like I'm gonna admit that as they are all so anti it. Im guessing that this is positive to get down below my target goal as well?
