My question is now that I’m at this point it’s the realisation now I will have to eat like this forever???? Will I ever be able to have a treat??? I know it could easily go back to 42. And I’m confused my friend was told by her doctor she was at 42 that it was high end of normal but I was told it was prediabetic???</p></blockquote><p></p>
