That was my concern the belly fat being linked to diabetes and other health problems. I will take that on board now I’m sorry I’m such a pain but the whole prediabetes thing when diagnosed at hba1c 42 was made to sound it was prediabetes and since then I just have wanted to shift the belly fat thinking that was the cause I did shift some!!! But I don’t want to lose anymore now. Now it’s getting my head around that i it’s ok to eat eggs every morning but have to get used to adding fats which I’m always scared though I use extra virgin olive oil on everything and avocado every day. I do eat cheese but never know how much I should allow myself!!! I want to stick to the low carb as it seems the only way to keep hba1c down. I’m including some lentils and beans as a small side portion with my evening meals and I haven’t been snacking as many sites have said not to snack!!! It just gets confusing sometimes!! [/QUOTE]
