HbA1c conversion chart

Some time ago, somebody posted a really useful colour chart of HbA1c ranges and mmol/L (i.e. old/new money), can anyone tell me where I can find it please?

Thank you, this will start me off nicely.

But there was a large colour chart that covered a large range that was coloured green, amber and red - it was a really good ready reckoner...
