I would normally have like rice, chicken spinach, egg a mix not really consistentA couple of questions so we can best advise...
What sort of food do you normally eat?
What insulin do you take, is it just your night time one?
Rice may be one of the reasons for this issueI would normally have like rice, chicken spinach, egg a mix not really consistent
I take lantus and yes only once at night
Birmingham UKI’d highly recommend going back to your doctor to review your insulin. Lantus doesn’t cover a full 24 hour period in many people, and you may be at a stage now where you need a fast acting insulin to cover your meals, especially if they include rice. Can I ask where on the world you are?
Definitely get in contact with your DSN or consultant- your Lantus clearly isn’t doing the job any more xBirmingham UK
