I had my latest test results back. In October 2017 I was over 100. In December 2018 I was 73 this latest test.......

42!!!!

I am so happy right now and my weight is coming down too. I would say I have lost at least 1.5 Stone since December

Thanks for all your support and ideas on this forum.
