Just got the result of last week's first hba1c review.

14 January: 63 (7.9%)

30 April: 38 (5.6%)

Woohoo! 38!

LCHF T2 veggie on 500mg metformin (increased to 1000g just yesterday to try to reduce waking bg)

I have had my blood test, but not yet got the results. I hope I do as well as you.

Thanks guys! Seriously, finding this site has been a life saver. So glad I was nobbled by the LCHF brigade here before the dietitian got to me

that's a very good result. It doesn't happen by accident, it's hard work and keep it up
I know how hard it was to get mine down
