Latest result was 49 despite eating 70 to 100 gramsOf carbs per day, which I track.  Now I know this isn’t horrendous but I currently weight 38 kgs despite keeping up fats and proteins so cutting carbs further doesn’t seem realistic. I take a low dose of creon as I have an atrophied pancreas. Also suffer from bronchiectasis which seems to make me loose weight when I have a chest infection.
