I’ve been LCHF for a year now (60-70g per day) and my HbA1c is now 39.9 with no meds. My cholesterol is 6.11, HDL 1.68, LDL 4.03 and triglycerides 0.88. My understanding is that cholesterol divided by HDL = sum of bad cholesterol, and HDL divided by TG should be as low as possible. Is this correct please?
