Hba1c test results. Good news.

Got my latest Hba1c blood test results yesterday. Very pleased to see that it's fallen from 60 to 48. That's the lowest number I've ever had for the Hba1c blood test since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 10 years ago. And I think there's more to come.
 
Brilliant - that's great news. Have you done anything in particular to get a big drop?

I've been on Mounjaro 2.5 mg for the last 3 months. But my Hba1c numbers have been coming down since this time last year.
 
Well done keep going. Mine came back *non diabetic* the way I see it. Eat healthy, cut out all the junk stuff your levels will stay good.
 
Brilliant news. I can join you today as I just got my last set of results back. We use mmol/l and my last results are 5.4mmol/l, about 31 mmol/mol using an online calculator, a slight drop from 5.8 (about 34 mmol/mol) last time around, 7 (42) back in December and sky-high on diagnosis last September. It's a great feeling isn't it?
