Goodness .... with all that diabetes medication mentioned in your profile your levels should not be so high. (Metformin, Gliclazide and Sitagliptin)

Do you test your levels at home? If so, what sort of levels do you see before and after meals? If not, then you must start doing this.

What has your doctor/nurse had to say about it?

Which type of eating plan are you following?
