Hi
Back in march I got diagnosed with type 2
I had gestational diabetes 3 years ago
My hba1c came back as 84!!
I've had another one done and it's now 68!!
Still not where it should be but going in the right direction and didn't take long at all

Starting a diet today to lose more weight fingers crossed I can get in target over the next few months
 
Well done. As you say in the right direction.

What sort of diet? Low carb is probably the most effective for type 2. Do you know about it?
