Had my bloods done today. Clinic next week. Really hoping after being really careful for a change this is the best yet.
After 28 years, I can dream. It is Christmas after all !!

Oh I don't know !!

Last check in Aug was 9.2. Worst for a while.
Been really good, praying for 7.

have a think about getting your own SD codefree meter, which has the cheapest strips, that way you can see if your diet is keeping your BG under control and adjust meals where needed

silly me I thought sara was t2 sara would already have a meter.
if your numbers have been better, your A1c should be fine

My meter gives me a range of low medium ( in range) & high.

Update !!!!

Bloods down 10% from 9.2 now 8.2.
Bit disappointed got to control the highs after the lows !!

Cholesterol down 5.2 from 5.6. No statins ...
Also lost 2 kilo. Weigh 9.2.

My secret ? Stress had an awful year. Dad fighting cancer, all clear given recently. Losing Gran. Who was a total legend. You can you tube her.
