Whilst recently browsing my county's library website, I discovered that in August, Dr Kendrick has a new book coming out.
On my library's website, its status is On Order and was reservable, so I'm first on the list to borrow it.
Perhaps try your county's library website ?

I’ve sent this to my 37 year old cousin, who was put on Statins and has no family history of heart disease and was not even told wha his cholesterol level is blood pressure was ...

Thank you and others who have posted info on this forum on statins as I send all the links to him and he has made an appointment with his doctor to talk about his health and his need for statins. He is going to pre-order the book on Amazon. Thanks again!
