Heart Palpitations.

I had a real bad episode of this lastnight which went on for some time. I started to experience pain radiating to the front of my right shoulder. I was considering calling an ambulance but eventually fell asleep. Ive only been diagnosed a few weeks. My feet are getting more painful. My sugar levels seem to up and down like a yoyo. Have I really gone down hill this quickly.

You really should see your GP with these symptoms. It may be stress related but it may not. Make an appointment but if it happens again in the meantime ring 111 or 999.

I've had a number of Arrhythmia events, tend to be at night and wake me up, often after having eaten maybe too much... indigestion. Heart beats go all over the place. Sometimes burping to release wind can help. Had it investigated a couple of times, without solid results, part of my heart is enlarged, heart will often miss a beat. It's really not great when they happen but fortunately, for me, they have been few far between.
They've not been linked to my T2ness as far as I am aware.
