Hi,
HBA1C is 55, I have regular exercise and a fairly low carb diet . I cant seem to get my readings stable in this hot weather.
Morning reading is usually between 6 and 6.5, but last few days it's been between 6 and 9.
Anyone else experiencing this with the heat?

It is common for extremes of temperature to effect our blood sugar levels. It is another form of stress for our bodies to deal with.
And, with everything diabetes related. we are all different. Some people find their levels go higher in the heat and some people find they go lower.
Personally, I find my levels go lower when it gets hot until it is too hot and then they start to rise. I put this down partially to exercise - I am more active in the hot weather until it is too hot to exercise.

If you are struggling to sleep normally due to the heat, that could be a reason for increased readings in the morning after getting up. Bad nights are a common cause.
