Type 2 heat and hard to breath when hungry

does any other type 2s feel real **** in this humidity also ive noticed when i dont eat much so i eat breakfast then nothing till tea time my breathing seems achy ?

Yes I don't do so well when it's hot and humid. Your breathing may be affected when you don't eat all day as the muscles that control breathing need energy and a fair bit of it that's why people with respiratory conditions tend to burn more calories in a day.
This is the reason my neurologist told me off yesterday when I told him I was still dieting to lose weight as he was concerned my energy levels would be too low. I have MG which affects breathing and is also made worse in hot weather so I get a bit of double the trouble.

I suggest you try the old advice eat little but often and see if that helps.
