Heat and hunger.

Hi. This might seem strange but do any other type 2 s feel the need to eat more in hit weather. I have always felt like this even long before diagnosis. While everyone else seems to be eating salads because they are too hit to eat , only a full cooked meal stops me from feeling unwell. I have never understood this.

That's weird, I thought that hot weather would usually make you less hungry, not more!
 
Drink.....loadsa water but in moderation throughout the day so as to not overload your kidneys. Amazing what water does to curb hunger...
 
I do tend to drink a fair bit but probably not enough. I have always been the same. Get sunstroke very easily and just feel sick until I eat.
