HEAT

A little sea salt in water helps. Also make sure your potassium and magnesium are good. Have some avocado sprinkled with sea salt and some pumpkin seeds. Eat it with a spoon or celery. Very satisfying and replenishes lost electrolytes. Very kind to bs as well

I am feeling quite ill with the heat is this normal. Drinking copious amounts of water. Is there anything else I should be doing. Thank you

I am feeling quite bad with this heat. I am an spat living in southern Spain (hotter than uk) l ended up in hospital last weekend with sugar levels in excess of 400. I was drinking over 3 litres of water a day plus tea and coffee. I don't drink alcagol at all and haven't for many years. My sugars were so high l woke up in the morning in a bed of sweat and my short hair cut was continually dripping. HELP!!
