Hi everybody. I have been a member here a while, but have not contributed much.

I am type 2, controlled with Metformin, diagnosed two years ago.

I am going to try and contribute more often as a way off keeping my eye on the ball with my health.

I need to try harder with diet and exercise.

I have just had my annual review, with an HBA1C result of 45. last time it was 46.

I just wanted to say hello to everybody again as it is a great and supportive community.
