Hi all ,
I have decided to take @Pipp's advice and jump out of the shadows, stop lurking and say hello !
Been reading the different threads for a couple of months now , so not exactly a newbie ... but new to posting.
I've jumped in now ,so thanks pipp for the encouragement

Hello and welcome from me, so pleased that you have taken the plunge

Hello ex-lurker. No going back now.

So, been meaning to ask, do your feet itch?

Only when I wanted to move house lol ...... hubby said he'd never seen anyone with such itchyfeet and I'm afraid to say the nickname has stuck

Welcome @itchyfeet and hope you will enjoy the forum. There is always somebody who can answer a query for you and we look forward to your posts.

Look forward to your posts @ itchyfeet. I used to lurk a bit, before plunging in to this friendly pool of knowledgeable folk.

I must admit I have learnt alot from lurking ... was diagnosed Type 2 about 4 years ago , followed NHS guidance as recommended by my nurse until about 3 months ago . I had a meltdown when she told me my next stage was to move onto injectables and she advised me to another site , I found this one read lots ... lowered carbs and hopefully will have lowered my results enough to stay on tablets only ... So really thankful to everyone here .

Hi and welcome from me. Hope your next result are great

Welcome. You'll certainly never regret joining this forum - there's so much experience that people are willing to share.

Thanks WeeFergus , I have learnt more about my diabetes in the last 3 months from reading people's posts on this forum than I have in the last 4 years ....... and for this reason , I will be eternally thankful to everyone here !
