Hello, I'm Bernie. I'm a 51 year old female with Type 2 Diabetes for 16 years now.
I have just gone on to Levemir insulin at night in conjunction with metformin morning & night.
Struggling to get below 13.6 in the mornings!

Last time I was in Northampton I was working for Harvey Nichols and we were sent there for a new stock system training.
On the way home had train issues and got stranded in Rugby.
Which was nice:)
 
Thank you everyone. Northampton-the hub of the universe...well maybe not but pretty much the centre of England!
Sywell is nice, I live the other side of Northants, near Wootton. (and about 7 miles from Silverstone for you non-Northants folks)
I'm sorry you had a bad train experience MCM.....!!!However if it was the old Silverlink County service I am not surprised!
