Hello from the new guy!

Hi all, I was diagnosed T2 Febuary 2016 with a HbA1c of 90, well I decided I was not having that, so joined this site read all I could and started LCHF diet the next day....... Well 3 month later 12kg lighter and just got my 3 month test done, so proud off myself I just felt I had to share, my HbA1c is now sitting at 49!!!!

Thanks to this site and all off you folk, I really could not have done it on my own, so again thanks )
