Did you know statins can raise the risk of diabetes and blood sugar levels? There’s lots of threads in here about cholesterol and different ways of viewing it. Total carbs doesn’t seem to be worth much at all. Ratios are much more important, although triglycerides do seem to be the baddies of the piece. What sort of figures?
