Hello I am Silverfishes new to forum

Hi, Just spotted this, I'm pleased it helped but you need more than 1 glass of water, you need to drink as much water as you can, before going it will definitely help as one glass did slightly.

Hi again, I actually had two glasses of water just before leaving the house and prior to that had 3 big mugs of tea as it wasn't a fasting test! I will try and get more down for next test though, thanks:)
