Hello Im new. I havent officially been diagnosed as diabetic but I have all the symptoms (Im tired, constantly thirsty, waking in the night to go to the loo). I have had a blood test this morning and am waiting for the results but in the mean time I wanted to ask is it usual to have the symptoms of a "hypo" for several days? I went odd on Tuesday 13 March at the gym and nothing helped, had plenty to eat and drink but I shook until yesterday. I have no idea why or what I did differently that either caused it or stopped it and I am scared it will happen again. Any advice? Thank you.

HI and welcome,
I was wondering if you may have had a panic attack, are you worried at all.
It could be a hypo but usualy once you have had food or some sugar it will sort itself out, the other option is if you are diabetic may be your sugar level is too high.
It may be worth talking to your nurse or GP.
Until you get a diagnosis try not to worry.
Please feel free to keep in touch.
Take care and good luck.
Tracey
