Don't normally join forums and waffle on about diabetes but now my son has just been diagnosed type 1 like myself I'm taking a renewed interest!
Im Liz been type 1 for 20+ years and now have a 14 yr old son unfortunately following in my footsteps! I'm on humalog 3x and lantus before bed, semi good contol son on novorapid and lantus perfect control! He carb counts I'm learning

Welcome to the forums, sorry to hear about your son BUT you have experience and he knows how to carb count then you can both learn from each other :)
