Hello saliva my old friend...

4 days into LCHF and my bloods sugars are now in single figures. First thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve got saliva again (I didn’t notice it’s absence - probably explains the frequent gun infections) and the floaters in my eyes have calmed down.

Thought I’d start a thread so any newcomers with high numbers can see how quickly you can start seeing benefits.
