Hello To You All

Hi and Thank you

I have got the message loud and clear that self testing is the way forward. Realise that this is a marathon and not a sprint and if in doubt plenty of wise people who have tread the path before me. Again Thanls for your welcome

In my opinion, one of the best things you can do is self-test with a meter and identify what food makes your blood glucose go too high, then adjust accordingly. There are plenty of threads here on how to do that most effectively. Trying to manage diabetes without a meter is like trying to drive a car under the speed limit without having a speedometer.[/QUOTE]
