Just found site, looked around for several hours then registerd, been type 2 for 3 years, medication controlled. Looking forward to picking people's brain's. Have found useually follow diabetics advice more practical than my GP

Hi Kerry,

I certainly expect that as a Type 2 on tablets only that you are likely to find more sense here than from your health advisers.

I'm a Type 2 myself who has sorted out my condition largely through the power of diet.

My advice would be to be careful with carbohydrate.

Do you test?
