My name is Angie and I live with my partner, my daughter and his three sons of whom one is a type 1 diabetic since the age of 18 months.
Met Pete 2 years ago and have to say for the last 8 years, he's brought his boys up by himself. That's quite a thing when the youngest has diabetes. I've been on a sharp learning curve since moving in with Pete.
Cameron, who is 11, has just been put on the Paradigm Veo pump and it's been pretty stressful with a heap of sleepless nights.
I subscribed to this website a few months ago when I wanted to learn more about diabetes, but this is the first time I have posted.
I'm looking forward to being part of this huge community and to the great advice from everyone involved.
