Im Tony. 62 and live in north wales
Recently told im type 2 after feeling under the weather for some time.
Trying to control it by diet/lifestyle but will start taking metformin this week.
I have no weight issues and my main problem is trying to not loose weight.
Will be asking about peoples food choices soon.

Welcome @klinkhammer. Did you get an hba1c result when they diagnosed you with type 2?
